Dress arrived filthy dirty with hair and black marks all over the back of the dress. The dress was not in 'As New Cond" as seller id describe in listing description. have had to clean the dress myself as the seller did decline a partial refund to have the dress cleaned.

Dress was not dirty as per the buyers (very rude) comments. I offered a FULL refund and return of the item which the buyer declined. As it is against ebay policy to request partial refund - especially as in this case I would have been giving the dress to the buyer, I have reported this buyer to Ebay and warn other buyers to beware.
