Immediately contacting the seller their rep explained that I had been sent the wrong item due to the mistake of a "new staff member". The rep told me they would send the right one immediately and that I could retain the original package. No replacement was ever sent. Un-happy I asked fora refund. They agreed but said I must pay for postage. Thus I was forced to try the one I had. It was faulty but they refused to send a replacement. DISHONEST!

It was a different shape and much shorter then on OEM Subaru mirror stem. Plus it didn't even fit the Subaru mount. Completely useless. Seller accepted my return request but negative feedback for false advertising.
