Quick post, exactly as described. Previously used this model; and its great value for money. Video quality good and was happy with daily performance until capacitor became faulty and unit failed after 3 years. Main issues were clunky menus and how to update firmware, and connecting / transferring videos via wireless; latter meant quickest way to get videos off was removing SD card. Now found process for updating firmware on Youtube which I expect will improve menu usability.

Almost great value for money. Memory card and alcohol wipes should have been included to make installation easier. Instructions were reasonable for a non technical person, but formatting of the memory card and firmware upgrade was a little tricky for me. Eventually worked it out. Installation in the car was very easy as our car already has a USB port next to the rear vision mirror. Plugged it all in and it worked. Happy with the product.

This Dash Cam was available at an excellent price so I took the opportunity to upgrade my existing Dash Cam. I like that it has a rear viewing screen so the field of view can be checked from time to time whereas, this can only be checked via the phone app for my current Dash Cam. I'm unable to comment on it's performance as I only just received it and I haven't had a chance to fit it to my car, however, almost all of the reviews hat I read prior to purchasing it were very favorable.

This is the 3rd time I have bought Azdome car cams, they are reliable, wide angle lens to capture all you can see out front, I also preference the direction of the camera slightly to the right to capture full view of traffic on my right at roundabouts, as most drivers want to smash through the roundabout not realising whoever is in the roundabout first has right of way, not that they are on your right and they expect you to wait for them, and picture quality outstanding, I would highly recommend buying from Azdome. And fast delivery, very well package and idea as a gift. Dash cams have saved me from accident claims 5 times now in 6 years. They are your INDEPENDENT witness for you or especially a "P" plate driver "that are always at fault" if you understand my meaning. I have tried over a ... Cheap and viable for the short term.
Runs at 4K 30fps or 1080P 60FPS, does well enough to capture stuff. The internal battery is about 280mah so the moment you shut your door on exit, the camera detects impact (even on low sensitivity) and will be dead in about 30 seconds. The compression on the recording is also pretty severe and can be difficult to make out small details such as number plates (which is why I'm running it at 1080P 60FPS for more detail via frames). If you're looking for a dirt cheap dash cam for a while, this will do you. If you're looking for a solid dash cam, do not buy this.Runs at 4K 30fps or 1080P 60FPS, does well enough to capture stuff. Excellent dash cam
Purchased for the purpose of documenting trip statistics such as GPS coordinates, time and speed. The camera has outstanding picture quality and simply works the way it should, without any hassles. Any recordings subjected to a G-force trigger is saved in a locked folder. This can be an issue when traversing rough terrain. I am still trying to stop this feature. The only negative in my opinion is the extremely small battery storage. The camera can only record unpowered for a matter of seconds, just enough to shut down in an orderly manner. Good Value great high mid range unit. Cheap for what you get
