    Customer service was prompt and professional.

    It has a quality look about it at a very affordable price. We have the usual glass plunger but I like that this smart silver plunger can stay sitting on my bench after using, even though still full of coffee grounds. The double insulation works a treat and is perfect size for our 2 cups each morning.

    Handsome well made product with no metal after taste.

    This coffee pot is very well made. Pours well, brews coffee and tea well. Previously I purchased a stainless steel cheaper coffee pot but it had a very metallic after taste which did not reduce with use so I was concerned with impure metal quality and thew it out. Not so with this pot. It keeps coffee and tea hotter longer than a glass pot, polishes nicely and looks smart. I am very happy with this product.
