    I chose ACT after seeing many good feedbacks in ebay and google. I purchased a refurbished HP laptop and had a very good experience with them. The battery was not up to the mark in the beginning, but they were swift to resolve the issue. The physical invoice was previously missing, but they quickly sent a digital invoice. Overall, nice experience with the product and interacting with the team.

    The item was as described. Runs ok despite being decent specs, as opposed to well. The laptop was sluggish and didn't work properly initially. Update was taking forever. A quick Google search and a few basic IT help level stuff such as defragging hardrive and using command prompt and optimisation to clear harddrive, cleaned the laptop of corrupt files, enabled better performance via reinstallation of BIOS. Laptop charger not being original caused overheating of device. Otherwise it is ok.
