    Great workshop or desktop alternative.

    Not quite as solid as the fluke, and not quite as study as my old extech, but at half the price of the fluke it's a pretty good buy. Price for performance there's many more features compared to a desktop model. Comes with a protective case, but it's not rubber (it's plastic) so I wouldn't be taking this out into the field, but it's fantastic for a home workshop. The extech and fluke casing as a bit more robust and better padded. There's no lip on the fascia, so if you dropped it on it's face, it'd likely break the screen. Again, it's an indoor workshop model, and if that's what you want, it's excellent for the money. Have charged the battery once in two months and it's still got 80%, and I use it every 2nd day. Comes with a 10v recharger, and you recharge via the sockets in the front ...

    Very handy recording multimeter.

    This meter has a recording/trend line function on any input- very handy. The accessories are a little odd using separate plugs for thermocouples and charging. Overall, the unit sturdy and a good buy.
