    Worst experience I’ve ever had on eBay in 20 years. Confirmed with seller before purchase to check if listing was for 1 or 2 filters as my system needs 2 and the listing was confusing. They confirmed to me the listing was for 2 filters. Then sent 1 filter. It took over 2 weeks & an eBay case to get them to help with a return & they tried to put blame on me, TNT and Puretec for their failures. I’m so glad i didn’t buy from their website so I could get a refund from eBay.
