    Item description says Opened, Never used. THAT is a real stretch of the truth. Then straight underneath in total contradiction it says "manufacturer refurbished". Yes, its been cleaned. Does it have its "original accessories" ? Some, although NO instruction manual, an aftermarket power cord with an big fat 1980's style cigarette lighter adapter, and a square of tape on the windscreen mount instead of over the full area. Let's compare it to MY opened, never used cam on the right of the picture.
