The box was in mint condition, so suspect the bottle may have been defective to start with (the bottle itself is seems tough). However, was able to use the ink in my printer ok, just had to be super careful taking off the seal as the ink was very close to the top. Updates from seller excellent, delivery time excellent. Would recommend
