    I ordered a pair of car speakers from eBay through Automotive Superstore on October 5, 2024, expecting delivery by October 15. When I reached out via email for an update, Albert replied that let him check. Item was unavailable and he offered an upgrade for $20 extra, On Oct 22, 2024, I received an email that the seller hadn’t confirmed my order, and my case was closed. After 15 days of wait, , I found another seller and received my order within two days. I wouldn’t recommend this seller at all.

When we identified an issue with the original speakers you purchased, we offered an upgraded model, valued at $100 more, for just an additional $20 to ensure a satisfactory resolution. After reaching out several times via messages and calls, unfortunately, we didn’t receive any response, and the case eventually closed as a result. We’re still here to help could you respond to us.
