They are supposed to be tightened to 107nm and they dont even handle 30nm. What a joke. I now have to get the thread drilled and try and remove a snapped head bolt! The headbolts are definitely not supposed to be tightened to 107nm. The correct tightening sequence is 29nm, loosen fully, then 29nm then 90 degrees. Even though this error was made we organised a return to the manufacturer and supplied the customer a full refund.
