The blade was not at perfect right angles to the table top, so the blade was stuck on the table top and would not spin. I had to add a washer behind the blade before it would spin. The two small bolts to attach the plastic blade cover were not long enough, so I had to find two replacement bolts in my garage before I could attach it. However, it did successfully cut 52 tiles for my kitchen splash back.
