    Immaculate cond. looks new, fast postage, excellent packaging. The package description noted it was a touchscreen laptop, but it did not have touchscreen capabilities. That's my only gripe, and it was a big factor in purchasing a Dell Latitude 7400. Little disappointed I had already set up the system with my apps and Microsoft account before realising no touchscreen. I recommend the seller and happy with the purchase, but advise ask questions that you are getting 100% of what you are buying
