    I ordered and paid for the Tontine Luxe Optimum Comfort Pillow - firm pillow. The seller advised me that my order had been packed and posted. Two days later they advised me that they didn't have the pillow I ordered and if I paid an additional approx. $5, they could send me a similar pillow - not the same as I ordered and paid for. How can they pack an item if they don't have one? Good question? They were happy to refund my money - but it was the pillow I was after, not a refund. NOT HAPPY.
