No replacement available, was whilst I was eventually refunded in the end, they left me with having to dispose of two massive boxes of damaged products instead of them taking them back. Had to open a dispute as they kept stuffing me around and were trying to communicate outside the official dispute messages to avoid the refund time line. If you receive a damaged item I recommend you open a dispute straight away.
