    Good value.

    Good support for your wrists, quick and easy to put on, supports well. Not really a con but when I put the wrist supports on for the first time I made them too tight and after a while my hand started to go numb.

    Good for better performance with lifting and less injuries.

    I think it's great for the gym. Less pain for and Less injuries for me. I highly recommend getting a pair. Good for deadlifts,bench, and biceps curls.
