  The items I received were a great price and good quality. I have a few notes though. 2 of the parts were different to what they listed in the description, but we're still good brands. But the worst is that they are very bad as packing post. They threw the box of parts in a postage sleeve which did not protect the items inside from impact. So if unlucky, they can easily show up damaged. They would be a lot higher rates if they just actually took some care to put it in another box with packing.

  Very good item great price I now have 4 for the future the packaging was slightly damaged on both boxes the transport people have put heavier stuff on top the seller would be best to have a fragile sticker as thin card board the transport people is resposible of getting a perfect product to buyer in good condition crushed boxes is unexeceptable and its not good to send back crushed boxes to seller as not responsible for transport not packing properly

I'd forgotten about how effectively a new steering damper could be. Great product. Easy to pick the right damper for my vehicle. Great ad description. Who could have asked for any more??   Through no fault of the seller it seems Tridon have stuffed up in their manufacturing or packing system and this did not fit (connector different). Tridon directly sent out another, same pack, same barcode, same part number, which fit. So if anyone is wondering what is going wrong if they get this part number and it doesn't fit, get in touch with Tridon. Seller was great and awesome price.

  Paid $130 for 6 spark plugs that were sent in packaging that didn’t the slightest protect what was inside. 2 of the spark plugs boxes were crushed. Not the packaging I’d expect for something worth that price and something with fragile parts inside. Contacted seller and asked for 2 replacements and was in my opinion rudely told to send back all 6. Why would I send back all 6 when only 2 were damaged. Won’t be buying from seller again.   I was very disappointed that the hand cleaner arrived in a heavily dented tin, no reflection on Australia Post as it was well packaged. It was clear that the product left the shop in that condition. I contacted the seller who suggested that I return same but the cost and inconvenience made returning not viable. I was informed that that was they way it was received from the manufacturer. If that was the case it should have been advertised clearly on ebay as " Damaged Tin".
