    Dose not compare to what it's protecting

    Considering the price the Mac Pro lock I could be of higher quality. I understand cabled locks are only really a visual deterrent and I'm not about to test it, but if anyone had a closer look at the lock I'm reasonably sure you could remove it without much effort or damage to the Mac. The curved locking plates do not open and close smoothly usually resulting in lifting the outer shell to re position. The loose cable clamp will forever frustrate while trying to lock , that's if you don't loose it first.
