This tacho was the right size and shape, as it is quite shallow in depth so good on steering columns where it is close to the dash. For LS swaps, you will need to source some resistors to pull up the weak tach signal, easy to get from JayCar for 85 cents. I used a 5k ohm 1/2 watt resistor but follow the instructions for your application.
