    I don't see the point in listing a DVD (Peter Brock - Nine times a champion - The Bathurst Victories), when you are not going to honour the winning bid at the starting price set by you. I'm guessing that you expected spirited bidding and were disappointed with the outcome, but you never offered an explanation. You did refund my money, after trying to offer another DVD I wasn't interested in, but I hardly feel that all this is in the spirit of things, and your communication was lacking.
