I’ve had a apple peeling machine like this for about 15 years and it works like the day I purchased it. I bought this one for my friends kids as they use my every time they come to my place. It is a piece of rubbish does not stay on the bench with it’s suction pad and will not peel the skin off the apples. Just rubbish.

Peeler sometimes doesn't bite into the apple peel to start peeling first go. If I need the apples peeled I keep trying till it does or cut off the bit of peel with a knife after I've finished slinkying the apple. I highly recommend this product if you have kids.
