While certainly not a cheap Salsa it really is very nice. I use it mostly to make Truffle Butter, which is not easy to find in the shops. I use half a jar of the Salsa with 200g of Lurpack unsalted butter ( half a 400g pack), and add a little truffle salt to taste. Or.....use the slightly salted Lurpack butter if you don't have the truffle salt. Sometimes I add a little dried roasted/fried garlic granules. This is about the third tome I have purchased this and will buy again when I need to.
