Using it in our living area which approx 30m2 meters incl kitchen and hall. The average temp in the rooms rises within 30min and warms up the space well. Fan only functions on max setting though and does make some sounds (not too loud) Not sure about the electricity bill as we haven't gotten it yet. However other heaters use almost the same wattage and haven't been able to make a dent in heating our living area.
