F Dick German skinner & boning knife set: basic, classic, perfect for the job
Classic configuration of butchers and boning knife. Good steel and handle; no frills. Good price for what it is, and excellent transaction. Sets seldom come with both of these for some reason. Nothing negative to say at all. I've used many other knives over time, and these are useful in my situation, and definitely good quality.
