This pump worked for three and a half months! on contacting the dealer.I was continually run around to waste time - something I did not have with a pond full of fish. After NINE days of sending messages back and forth they requested I return the pump in its original packaging (who has original packaging after 3.5 mths??) for REVIEW.!!!.Instead I purchased a new ozito from bunnimgs (Same price) wihich has immediate replacement for three years.

The pump works fine, but you must put the water level switch (on a runner tube with a weight in the plastic bubble container), slide it on the bracket on the side of the pump, with the weighted float up higher than the pump if you want to empty a water filled container, otherwise the switch comes into play and water in the container will remain there, to the height of the pump. I was able to empty a swimming pool, of water build up, to about 6cm empty. The water flow is strong and consistent, but not fast enough to behave as if it were a fire hose
