Excellent quality for the price range.
RODE replaced a noice cancelling mic with exceptional results. Recording on Camtasia, GarageBand, Audition, Audacity etc on the Mac is clear with a distinctive studio feel. The included pop filter really works and it is one of the features on this mic. Control of monitoring capabilities are fantastic. No gap on direct headphone sound and mixed audio from the computer. The tripod stand could be a bit more stable, I replaced with a heavy base on desk stand The experience of using it recording, voice overs has been very pleasant. I'm happy that was my decision It was worth watching Youtube reviews comparing it to the Yeti, and it help me decide for the Rode NT-USB.

This is by far a great microphone for any startup Youtuber or Vocalist looking to jump right in as a beginner, it packs so much high quality in in such a simple and easy to use Microphone. I highly recommend using this microphone for podcasting and voice over as well as studio recording.

Superb! Stronger. Magical almost.
I ended up buying another microphone because the original one snapped. No amount of glue helped. Now I have these reinforced rings that are excellent and I can stop using wire to hold my mic up again. The strength is obvious as soon as you see you thread the bolt through 4 parts and not 3. Excellent buy. Postage speed great too.

Great sound and am very happy with my purchase.
Looked towards getting this product after I watched a Linus Tech Tips review. I did a sync recording of both the mic and my phone and the quality is vastly different (obviously). But I especially like how there's significantly less background noise and hum compared to my phone which makes levelling out the audio much easier to do. The audio from the mic is really smooth and clear and pleasant to listen to. Great quality mic that also looks flashy on my desk, and the pop filter is a great plus too. Also hot tip: check for a coupon in the item window to save more off this item if you want to.
