I have had ongoing Wi-Fi issues in my home for years with connection problems everywhere except right next to the modem. The TP-Link mesh system has solved all these issues and I now get good, consistent speeds on both levels of my house and down the backyard and into the granny flat out the back. It is not often I write a review but in this case it warrants it. Previously I had to use a Wi-Fi extender which resulted in having to run four separate networks overall to cover the house, the extender was hopeless, and constantly had to switch between whatever network was available with the best signal strength. Enter the TP-Link Deco M5 3 pack...every issue has now been resolved!...just one network instead of the four previously, excellent coverage everywhere, no more swapping between networks and not a single dropout to date......and on top of that (no not steak knives) there is an excellent app that is easy to use with excellent features!....I am really enjoying this so much so I am considering buying these packs as xmas presents for my family!....this is a buy you will not regret.

This thing, is amazing. You have to follow the instructions to the maximum, don't do shortcuts. You plug an ethernet cable into any one of the three, from your existing modem. Download the App from google store, simple to install, create a username and password, pretty easy, It will guide you through the set up process. It will ask you to create a password key for the wifi, so neighbours cannot use it. All the lights on the deco units, should be green, green for go. If one is not green, like a red, try to reset it , button on bottom. Otherwise, use the App, to add another Deco Unit. They may take an hour to sync, with each other and after a couple hours, Your internet WiFi, will be stable and faster. Glad I bought it from HarrisTechnology,

Over the years I have tried many mesh networking products, and this has worked the best for me, by a long shot. Very simple to configure using a phone app. Using the same app you can check on the health of the network remotely. Extending your wireless network is as simple as buying and adding another unit. These are really good units! Note: Don't put each unit too far away from each other or the WiFi will drop in and out. This is normal for WiFi, but is not obvious in the app.

Straightforward setup, just turn off existing Wi-Fi then install each device - could not be more simple, best yet. Once Mesh has been established, the App makes it simple to manage the network and apply QOS as necessary (in fact, you don't even need to know what QOS stands for - just tell the system to prioritise any device and/or tell the entire system what you do most on your network). Now get 400-500Mbs throughout the house, no dropouts on Netflix and quick connections. Could not be happier.
