Chainsaw is garbage
First up I will mention why I gave it a bad rating. Ive had this item for a little while now and I really only bought it for the chainsaw and extensions so I could cut down palm tree frons. Ive only used it a hand full of times and during that time Ive now replaced the gear head for the chainsaw 5 times. The gear head has been greased properly every time. The worst part is that the chainsaw only cuts down about 4 frons before the gears inside the gearhead strips thus rendering the unit unusable. As per most things this day and age its cheap chinese garbage. On the upside the motor seems to be quite solid and starts every time. Sad part is that without a decent chainsaw this unit is worthless to me. I wont be buying anymore chinese gear heads. I am now seeing if I can modify this unit to suit a Stihl chainsaw drive gear. If that fails then I will spend the extra couple of dollars and just buy a decent Stihl polesaw.Read full review

Bad quality
Cheap plastic and starting cord fell off when I pulled to use it for the first time. Fuel tank was not properly made and leaking petrol. Bad quality. Not recommended

Not workable chainsaw
not workable chainsaw, rest of the parts are ok.Small replacement part sent, then more or less whole replacement parts of chainsaw sent but still chainsaw slips evey 45 seconds. Terrible
