Absolutely loving this dvd. Two workouts. I started off doing the 2 mile walk for a couple of weeks and really found it quite a good start. I'm very outdoor active but with the weather we have been having really needed something to do inside. Even though I do a lot of walking its not like the power walking you do on this dvd. The 3 mile is a fantastic workout. A lot harder than the 2 mile but worth the extra effort. Great for everyone.
