This is a good quality product, never fails. The only thing i hate is the packaging. I sliced my hands so many times on the plastic (and yes i even used scissors!) remington really shouldnt confine it to all that tough plastic, its dangerous. Use a box and plastic sleeves individually wrapped instead!

Unit feels light, but no power to cut hair. Had to keep going over the same spot multiple times. After the first use, cutter started to cut the plastic hair guides. Spend a little extra on something else. Remington quality is no longer.

I was at desperation point - twelve weeks without a haircut and no prospect of the barber opening for a couple of more weeks at least. For less than the price of my normal haircut, I bought the Remington Personal Haircut Kit, and the expenditure included the delivery costs. With the provided clip-on-hair-length combs, cutting the sides was relatively easy (my little friend insisted on trimming the back of my head). There's not much on the top of my head so the comb and scissors dealt with that competently. The overall result? Almost as good as I get from my trusted barber - and after a couple of days growth, no-one would be able to tell the difference. Next time, I might attempt a crew cut, a buzz-cut, a Mohawk, or a mullet. If I'm still broke when/if the lock-down ends, maybe I'll open my own barber shop.Read full review
