Grind the coffee, add the water, put it in the fridge. And be patient. I leave it overnight. Smooth tasty coffee. Microwave it for hot coffee. Lots of flavour. Caffeine hit tends to be strong. It really is easy to make great tasting coffee

So I’m in two minds about this device. Following the recipe leads to a slightly weaker than what I’m used to cold brew. I’ll typically drink a 1:7 ratio weight coffee to water beverage but his makes about a 1:10-1:12 and the plastic filter means it isn’t fully saturated all the time. So for people who like a strong cup all the time this might not be great. But I’m saying all that my wife freaking loves it. So I’ve ordered sixteen more.
