Must have accessory for me when I am recording videos in my office. I use Sigma 18-35mm f1.8 lens which is a bit noisy when I had microphone placed on top of the camera. Few bucks for this cable has solved the issue immediately. Now I can use the same camera/lens set up which I love but place my Rode VideoMirco infant of me. No lens noise and I get clean crips audio. Great for interviews too. Worth the investment.

This works great as an extension cord for your microphone and also for listening to music on your headphones.
