There is loads of very good advice with steps to guide me so I feel very prepared to invest in property! I'd put this book alongside Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad, Poor Dad as one of the best books on property investing I've read. Fantastic! If you are not $$$ savvy & haven't thought about your future, read this book. It will turn all you think you know on it's head! A must read, that is so easy to understand on a subject that is so terribly daunting! And if you can't get enough of the book, listen to their podcast the Property Couch! Well done boys!
