good monitor speakers for the size and specifications
i use the speakers for monitoring audio on my computer. if i wish to listen for pleasure i choose another speaker option. paired with a creative AE9 sound card i had to use a rca to xlr inter connect to connect the speakers to my computer. this led to an unbalanced signal and a small amount of noise from playback. this noise can be heard at the beginning and end of music if the volume setting is set below half way and is an acceptable issue (for me) when monitoring audio. The speakers provide a reasonably accurate reproduction of what the sound is as it is coming from the source.

Good small-med size studio monitors. Nice clean, clear sound.
Fantastic little active studio monitors! Good frequency response. Not too bassy. Good, true sound monitoring. Selectable switching on the backs of each monitor allows for closer placement to Studio walls. :)

NS-10 Killer!
We know the NS-10's are what most ears have been trained on, but save yourself some money and get these! Great separation and sound-stage. Not the fullest bass, but for mixing, simply stunning! The proprietary tweeter enclosures seem to spread an accurate reproduction of the source around the room- very helpful for those sitting behind you as you mix.
