Bought this to tune GCEA. Took a little shuffling of string guages to get intonation right. Rings like a bell now. A nice comfortable feel when playing this instrument. The workmanship is better than agricultural but not a Martin or Taylor. But then again you cannot get a name brand guitar for this price. I would never discount Artist when considering adding to my collection of instumets I do not regret this purchase and I cannot express how good Artist are to deal with. The delivery time was exceptionally quick.

The instrument is incredible for the price. The sound and play-ability straight out of the box just magic. Then plug it in, that pick up is better that the one I have in my Gibson Jumbo, it captures the sound really terrific.

Do you play ukulele? Are you tired of the Uke sound, high and thin? Get yourself one of these and restring with Martin MA130 strings. The chord shapes are the same, it just takes a little time to change your thinking. A Uke 'C' chord is a 'G" chord on this instrument when it's tuned to DGBE (Chicago tuning), just like a baritone uke. But, the sound is totally 'guitar'. The Artist tenor guitar is a beautiful instrument for the price. And, it's an Australian company that gives a warranty on it's products. The finish is excellent. I now own two of them. Use this time to step up and make a whole lot better noise on your instrument.
