Perfect for my mother
Perfect for my 81 year old mother who has an iPhone so it was relatively easy for her to understand. Disappointing that on this version of Apple TV, Netflix doesn't have trailers and she's not savvy enough to go into YouTube and search for trailers so it's hit and miss for her. Other than that, she is very happy that she can tether her iPhone to the Apple TV (as she doesn't have the internet) and watch her favourite series Outlander :o)

Not working quite right
The unit was as described however, their were no cables provided as would be when purchased new. I had to buy an HDMI cable. Also every time you use it, after about an hour and a half the sound becomes distorted. You have to put what you are watching on hold, go all the way out to, say, the TV, and then go back to the Apple unit and the sound will have corrected it self. And hour or so later you have to repeat this process.

Super Easy setup
Bought this to stream music and photos to my TV. Setup was super easy as long as you have a iTunes account. Even got it to work on my Logitech Harmony remote and iPhone app.

Great system for getting ipads and phones to the TV. Also useful for streaming from the internet. Limited a bit in version 3 to a fixed number pf apps that cannot be added to, and no browser.
