It would be better if the product was checked for performance as the microphone is faulty. I purchased this product as new and it is not! Supplier will exchange but I have put a screen protector on and I need to send back with postage reimbursement. I cannot be without a phone so I’ll just get microphone fixed myself, couldn’t be bothered with the hassles. Poor form on an as new product!

It cost me 270$ to fix camera lens and screen, great loss of money. Overall the product was expensive because i have to repair it and iPhone11 does not cost much for 1 hand and its a second hand i lost lots of money to repair and phone was it self expensive. I thought no need repairs but it needs lots of management.
