Have been using this for 3 months for my 96Yr old father who has dementia. it came well recommended on the internet & television. I cant say if working or not, as some days he is more lucid than others, but i believe its worth a chance. He does seem to be more responsive and interactive after he has taken it. It has a pleasant flavored milk taste that makes it easy to drink. For us, It hasn't had the dramatic results others claim to have observed but i figure it cant hurt to try.
