designed for people under 5 foot 2 I'm 6,2 and my shoulders are above the top of the back so massage feature all at the wrong points. the foot rest seems on the flimsy side or as stated above for a shorter person. recline lever a little hard to reach. no instruction on how to use recline or massage feature just trial and error till you get used to what each feature does. armrests need to be tightened every so often as the screws can loosen. maybe would like it more if I was shorter. thankyou

Overall good chair that has its pros and cons
Pro good price the massage and heat functions work well The chair is very comfortable for kicking back and watching some netflix on the pc Really easy to assemble Con The footrest feels a bit flimsy The backrest slopes back too far to comfortably use it for working at the computer. I'm currently using it but have to sit forward with no back support.
