While not small, the Sunbeam air fryer oven can certainly hold a lot of food. This gives it lots of versatility to cook multiple dishes at one time. The temperature goes up to 230 C but more, often less than 200 C will air fry most things without any problems. The convection oven also works well for cakes etc
