The product was received within the week and installed without difficulty. The fact that the product was made in Australia was definitely a positive. I have found so many products purchased by myself (& family) over the past two years being made in China. In fact this was the first product (outside of DVD's) that I have purchased that was not made in China but rather MADE IN AUSTRALIA. The price was negotiated which was a bonus. The product is a great product and I recommend it without concern.
