I love this skillet. I have been using it for pizza, steak, and lots of other kinds of food and they all turn out great -- much better than using other kinds of pans and pizza stone. The pizza made using this skillet is simply marvelous. It is also easy to clean and season. I am thinking of buying a bigger one as well and will recommend it to anyone.

The biggest problem is that the skillet is very very difficult to clean, even after light use. Some review says the more you use the easier it become to clean, that is yet to be proved.

These Lodge cast iron frying pans are excellent to cook with.The more you use them the more non stick they become. I cook on a low heat and the food really does taste better. I have also purchased the 20cm pan/skillet for pancakes and oven baked cookies. There are many youtube videos with great recipe ideas and endless tips on how to keep your cast iron clean..
