I've purchased many DAB radios in the past, but this one has been the best. All the others suffered performance problems out of the box, usually dropouts, even though I am in a strong metro signal area. This one hasn't missed a beat.

This radio is good. Certainly not excellent our outstanding. Yes it is digital and made by a Panasonic but the sound quality and ease of use are not outstanding. I find the speaker quality less than average to be honest. Some of the menus are not so easy to use, particularly if you want to use the sleep timer. It was not a cheap radio and I did expect more for my money. I would not buy it again. Evidently, I would need to spend far more on a radio to get quality tone from the speaker unit.
