Easy to use and proffesional
Great product. Looks the goods and the small amount of use it's had since i got it has been great. Bought it to replace my old one that had broken. So far it works really well and is easy to clean. Looking forward to many years of use.

Great Concept but that is as far as it goes
I have given this unit a bad rap because for one reason and one reason only. The blades have not held their edge. It cut reasonably good when I first used it. I has never been able to cut soft Tomatoes with it. I am very disappointed with this unit, and I have packed it away, and I do not use it. A complete waste of money. I have purchased another product for a lesser cost and it works really well. Soft Tomatoes are a breeze now and it slices everything I put through it

Great unit
This is a very easy to use mandoline, with minimal opportunities to cut yourself by changing blades as it's all in the ones unit. Safety features, but very sharp blades. I would still wear a glove to use. A pleasure to use!
