Product Information

Storm Boy lives with his recluse father on South Australia's lonely and beautiful coast. Here his free spirit roams with his pet pelican Mr Percival and his secret Aboriginal friend, Fingerbone Bill. Suddenly there are intruders, the local school teacher who wants him to take lessons, a resentful wildlife ranger, and duck shooters. As he grows up Storm Boy is forced to choose between a life of continued isolation and the challenges of the outside world.

Absolutely love Australian films.
I love Australian films but haven't been able to get copies on DVD. This film is a Aussie Classic so I'm excited about finally being able to get hold of some of them through eBay.

Remastered Australian movie classic
A classic Australian film, remastered in sharp detail and good colour. The acting performances are superb - notably by Greg Rowe and Peter Cummins portraying a fascinating father-son relationship beset by outside pressures and the mesmerising role played by young David Gulpilil. The convincing storyline, Coorong scenery and magical interaction between boy and pelican make the film an unforgettable experience.
