I have an FG Falcon with a lot of interference through the AUX input. I have been to car stereo shops and they couldn't tell me how to resolve the noise. I installed a retrofit CarPlay module to my 2015 C Class Mercedes. The unit works well and uses a USB-Aux cable to play music etc. Unfortunately there was a bit of a hum associated with the sound which rose with car revs and speed.
