The new MXR Carbon Copy Analog Delay features an all-analog signal path to create unmatched rich and warm echoes. This is possible because MXR uses "old school" bucket brigade technology, i.e. analog bucket brigade memory components. A fantastic 600ms of delay time is possible with this circuit design. In addition, the signal can be modulated as "icing on the cake" using the button on top of the housing in order to create interesting organic beats. The simple but effective three-knob layout works with Delay Time, Mix (dry/wet blend), and Regen (number of echo repeats). A giant chunk? No bigger than an MXR Phase 90 in a beguiling green metallic painted aluminum die-cast housing. In addition, there are two trimpots inside for speed and depth of the modulation effect for even more flexibil.
