Good series sequel
Really enjoyed this sequel to the White Queen. Based loosley on fact but some written in material. Still a good watch for those who enjoy costume or period drama

Excellent and stopped my snoring first night
Size medium. Made from surgical silicon. Very safe to use and cannot be swallowed. The correct suction to the tongue is required, use to much suction and you will get a sore tongue, make suction a little less and tongue is perfectly ok in the morning. This device pulls the tongue forward and allows air flow and easy breathing through the nose and airways. I recorded my snoring on my iphone and snore all night long, with this tongue guard I have completely stopped snoring and wake up in the morning feeling great and not tired. May take a night or two to get use to the feeling but I have been using for 1 year now and have no problem at all.
