Pros and cons of Sansai 'Vertical Power-point Double Surge Protector Adaptor'
Has both surge protection and an indicator LED to provide visual signal that the power is on and that surge protection is active. Slimline and robust construction, Firm fitting of pins that securely hold the adaptor in place when plugged in to the power-point socket A slight negative is that it is quite difficult - albeit not impossible - to toggle the power switch of the power-point in which the Sansai 'Vertical Power-point Double Surge Protector Adaptor' is plugged on/off as the body of the adaptor tends vertically upwards over the position of the power-point switch. A potential/possible solution would be for the body of the adaptor to tend downward, leaving the power-point switch clear and uncovered.

stylish good looks; reliable; efficient
A good looking replacement to my previous 4-slice lift-and-look pro toaster that 'died' after several years of faithful service. Stylish, brushed stainless steel finish. Reliably toasts bread to the same colour each time. The crumpet setting works well - back toasted without burning, while the front is evenly toasted to one's liking once the correct setting has been determined by trial-and-error made easy by the lift-and-look feature. Not sure what the Fruit Loaf setting - second press of the Crumpet/Fruit Loaf button - is all about yet. Suspect it may be a lower heat setting to prevent burning [over-caramelisation] of the higher amounts of sugar in the bread and dried fruit.
