The one I received was just a sack that laid flat on the ground instead of being an igloo. There was nothing to hold the front open like in the ad photos. The seller refunded quickly after I notified them of the problem. The ad still shows a self supporting open front cat igloo. I d recommend looking at others on Ebay that have an external support in the photos.
